At Flawless Apothecary, we take great care in creating and packaging our products. Due to the nature of our skincare and bath products, we have the following returns policy in place.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Hygiene & Safety
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
Refunds (if approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
